G-series microstructure anti-glare film optical function:

     G-series anti-glare films are all PET substrates, including the following two thicknesses:

    The thickness of PET is 3mil (0.075mm), plus the total thickness of microstructure is about 0.1mm. Product code: G-Gxxx-PE03-S-M;

     The thickness of PET is 7mil (0.175mm), plus the total thickness of microstructure is about 0.2mm. Product code: G-Gxxx-PE07-S-M;

    The above products are all produced in the United States, and the product format is roll material, each roll is 82 sheets, and each sheet size is 610mm x 1830mm.

     The UL fire rating of 7mil PET substrate is VTM-2, and the glow wire test is >750 degrees Celsius.

     Local distributors can cut the size according to customer needs.

G-series microstructure anti-glare laminated board:

    The anti-glare laminated sheet is a 3mil PET anti-glare film laminated with a transparent substrate. The transparent substrate is usually PC or PMMA.

     General thickness of PC substrate: 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm...

     General thickness of PMMA substrate: 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm...

     The thickness of the substrate, UV resistance and fire resistance level can be specified by the customer.

     The local distributor is responsible for the bonding process and quality control.
